"I decided to embark upon the Low Carb WOL about 10 weeks ago. I had tried a few years ago, but got bored eating meat, cheese and eggs. I decided to try a different approach this time so I went searching the web for recipes before I began. Lucky for me I came across your web site. I ordered both books and I live by them. The recipes are excellent! I am eating something different everyday! I never knew you could do so much with cauliflower (used to hate the stuff). Your recipes are simple and easy to follow. I sure hope you come out with a new one soon! I will buy it immediately.

The other wonderful thing about your cookbooks are the resources that you provide. In reading your books (I've read them cover to cover) I found a wonderful store right in my own back yard. The Diet Depot. It too has been a godsend. I'm becoming a regular there too.

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that the books are great and thanks to you and your recipes, I have lost 52 pounds in 9.5 weeks. Can you believe it? I know I couldn't but it's true. I was weighed by my doctor when I began this WOL and I weighed in at 398 pounds. I went back 9 weeks later (the first time I weighed after beginning this WOL) and I am happy to report that I weigh 346 pounds. My doctor was shocked and so was I. I was pretty sure I had been loosing because my cloths were getting loose, but Wow! I'm not sure why have lost so much so fast, but I am not complaining. I do know that I keep my carb count below 20 each day. I take my vitamins and I'm feeling great. I am about to embark on an exercise program and I'm sure this will speed up the process.

Again, I just wanted to say thank you! Without your cookbooks I don't' think I would be so successful! Keep up the good work and I will spread the word!  Many Thanks"
